How do I place an order?
We're glad to see you'd like to place an order with us!
Placing an order in our webshop is very simple:
1. Choose your favorite piece of jewelry – View our extensive stainless steel jewelry collection and click on the item that suits you.
2. Then click the large "Add to Cart" button. Your favorite item is now in your shopping cart. You can add multiple pieces of jewelry or purchase a single piece. After making your selection, click "Order."
3. Fill in your details – Name, email and
shipping address.
4. Select the desired shipping option
5. Payment method – Choose your preferred payment method. At Glow Adora, you can choose from iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna, or one of the other options.
6. Finally, accept the terms and conditions and complete the payment.
Your order was placed successfully! You'll receive an email confirmation with all the details.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes, that is possible — but only if your order has not yet been shipped .
Want to change or cancel something? Please email info@glowadora.nl as soon as possible with your order number and the change you'd like to make. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Has your order already been shipped? Unfortunately, we can no longer stop or change it. You can, of course, exercise your right of withdrawal (return within the return period) after receiving the package.
My order was unsuccessful, what now?
Don't worry! If your order didn't go through, you can try the following steps:

- Try again – Sometimes there can be a temporary problem with the website or payment method. Try adding it to your cart again.

Delivery
When will my package be delivered?
Order before 3 PM on a business day and your order will be shipped the same day !
Delivery time is usually 1-2 business days within the Netherlands, depending on the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a track & trace code so you can track your package. You'll often receive your order the next day.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium are as follows:
- €2.95
- Orders of €35.00 or more get free shipping !
All orders are shipped with track & trace . This means you can always track your package and know exactly when it will arrive.

Received the wrong item, what now?
Oops, it looks like something went wrong! If you received the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
What you can do:
- Contact us at info@glowadora.nl and provide your order number . Also include a photo of the incorrectly received item so we can quickly check what went wrong.
- You don't have to return the wrong item right away! We'll provide a quick solution.
- Once we have confirmed the problem, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
We'll make sure this is resolved for you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Received the wrong package, what now?
It's possible you accidentally received the wrong package. Don't worry, we'll help you quickly!
What you can do:
- Send an email to info@glowadora.nl with your order number and a description of the package you received. Don't forget to include a photo of the incorrect package.
- The sooner you inform us, the sooner we can help you solve the problem.
- You don't need to return the incorrectly received package right away. We'll find the right solution for you!
We'll make sure you receive the correct package as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience, and we're happy to help!
I haven't received my package yet, what now?
- Check your tracking information – Have you already received an email with a track & trace code ? You can track the status of your package via this link.
- Wait 1-2 business days – Sometimes a package can be delayed at PostNL due to busy periods, such as holidays or other peak periods. Please allow a few extra days.
- Contact us – If your package hasn't arrived after the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@glowadora.nl. We're happy to help you locate your package.

Returns
What is the return period?
At Glow Adora, you always have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Make sure you return the products unworn, undamaged, and with the tags in their original condition.
Return costs
Return costs are at the consumer's expense.
Returns Policy:
- Returns are only possible within 14 days of receipt.
- Return costs and risks are for the consumer's own account.
- Returns must include order number and name.
- We will only process returns if they are returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.

Please ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging when you return it. Don't forget to include your order number and reason for return so we can process your return quickly.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Once we receive your return, we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible.
- It may take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and your refund issued.
- The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used to place your order. Please note that it may take 1-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation by email.

Is it possible to exchange an item?
We currently don't offer a direct exchange service . But don't worry, you can still return your order and order a new one!
What you can do:
- Please follow the return instructions to return the product within the 14-day return period.
- Once we have processed your return, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Warranty
Do I have a warranty on my jewelry?
At Glow Adora, we stand for quality. Every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected and lovingly packaged before shipping. However, things can still go wrong. That's why we offer a six-week warranty after receiving your order.
If you experience a defect or problem with your jewelry within this period, please feel free to contact our customer service at info@glowadora.nl . Please include your order number , full name , and a clear photo of the defect in your email. We carefully review each report and will get back to you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Loss of jewelry
- Damage due to normal use, wear and tear, or improper use (dropping your jewelry or bumping it into something)
- When the breakage is not due to a manufacturing defect
- Damage or repair by third parties

Our jewelry is made of premium stainless steel . This material is not only durable and hypoallergenic, but also very suitable for everyday use. It is rust-resistant,

What is premium stainless steel?
Premium stainless steel is a high-quality variety of stainless steel, specially selected for its strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. It's often used for jewelry, watches, and other luxury products because it not only lasts a long time but also retains a glossy finish, even with daily use.

Waterproof and nickel-free jewelry
Yes, all our jewelry is waterproof and nickel-free !

Our jewelry is water-resistant, so you can safely wear it while washing your hands or swimming in the pool. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, such as during intensive showering or swimming in the sea, to maximize its lifespan.
- Nickel free :
We don't use nickel in our jewelry, making it suitable for people with sensitive skin or nickel allergies. This way, you can enjoy your jewelry with peace of mind without worrying about skin irritation.

I have a nickel allergy, can I wear Glow Adora jewelry?
Yes, you can wear our jewelry with confidence! All our jewelry is nickel-free and specially designed for people with sensitive skin or a nickel allergy. We use only premium stainless steel in our jewelry, meaning it's nickel-free and therefore poses no risk of skin irritation or allergic reactions.
However, if you have any doubts about whether your skin is sensitive to other materials, we recommend testing the jewelry briefly by wearing it first to ensure it does not cause any discomfort.

How do I keep my jewelry beautiful?
